Step 2: Design the Mastermind Offer
I'll create & present you with a Mastermind Offer that brings your specific vision into reality. I'll continue tweaking this based on your feedback until it feels fully aligned with your vision and business.
Step 3: Create the Strategy
Once we have the offer ready, I'll outline the step-by-step high-level strategy to attract your ideal clients and launch this into the world as lightweight and easily as possible, again working with you to make sure this is aligned with whatever feels easiest to you.
Step 4: Launch the Mastermind
In this step, we put the launch plans into motion. I will either work with your existing team to help them launch the Mastermind, select the right members, and put systems and processes into place to make it light and easy, or I can be your personal integrator and do much of the work for you.

Option 2: Done For You in My Business
Start a Branded Brighter Together Mastermind Group for YOUR Clients
In this scenario, I start a new, branded group of just your clients within my business (Brighter Together Masterminds) that you can participate in as much or as little as you want for free, and you get a monthly commission for the lifetime of their participation.
How it Works
This is essentially an affiliate relationship where they would join my Mastermind and you would receive a monthly commission for as long as your branded group had at least 6 active members in it.
Brighter Together Mastermind is made up of individual groups of 6-12 people. You and I would work together to start a branded group JUST for your clients that was associated with your brand, so that you can keep them together and continue serving them without having to participate at all if you don't want to.
Together, we would determine what qualifications they would need to have, and what kind of involvement (if any) you want to have with the group, and if you want to offer any bonuses, teachings, or other opportunities to this group to keep your brand strong and at the forefront of their minds.
This group would NOT be open to anyone except people who came from your audience, and you would agree to work with me to fill the group and keep enrollment at a minimum of 6 clients. I'd provide a strategy for determining if there's enough interest within your audience to move forward, as well as the marketing materials & strategy you need to fill the group once we determine it makes sense to move forward.
This is a bit of a hybrid concept where we'd be in collaboration with each other, having both our brands on the group, but your only responsibility would be to keep the group filled unless you wanted to offer them something more.
Your clients would get an incredible, proven Mastermind experience, while you'd still have the brand recognition, expert status, success stories, and would be able to keep serving your best clients in a non-time intensive way.

There's no financial costs for you.
